Lewis S. Eaton Trail (Woodward Park, partially  paved)
Sugar Pine Trail (Clovis) - This one may be especially suitable for road bikers. It is also wheelchair-accessible and stroller-friendly.

Parkway Trail Network - An option of a series of loop trails that provide public access into the heart of this conservation area featuring larger-than-life-sized animal homes and views of the River Center and the Sierra Nevada.

US Forest Service 
Sierra National Forest has hiking or biking within the Sierra National Forest. 
US Forest Service has these biking trail through the Sequoia National Forest.  If you prefer walking, try a day hiking trail.

Sequoia & Kings Canyon Park offers day hiking options to help you reach Mordor.
